What is First Look Fragrances?
We sell popular inspired fragrances made from the best in class fragrance oils imported from France. Our products are vegan, cruelty-free and locally made in South Africa. We also provide business opportunities for those interested in starting their own fragrance brand, learn more here.
I’m having problems with my order, how do I get help?
Please email info@firstlookfragrances.com and our team will be happy to assist with any queries.
I haven’t received my order confirmation?
Please ensure you have checked your junk email, if you have still not received confirmation please email info@firstlookfragrances.com and we will happily assist you.
How long does delivery take?
Once your order is completed and your payment has been received by us, we will send you an email order confirmation advising you that your order is being processed. Goods will be shipped shortly after confirmation of your order and tracking will then be sent. Parcels take between 3-7 working days after dispatch to arrive. Please note, this is an estimate from our courier service and may differ slightly.
Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to South Africa only, however we are looking to expand this. If you are outside of South Africa and would like to order please email orders@firstlookfragrances.com and we will try to accommodate your request.
What is your refund policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@firstlookfragrances.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
